AIRLINES
SPG provides two convenient ways to redeem Starpoints for airline travel:

Redeem Starpoints directly for airline tickets on hundreds of airlines through SPG Flights. Avoid the hassles of typical frequent flyer awards. If there is a flight available, you can redeem Starpoints for a ticket.
Transfer Starpoints to over 30 airline frequent flyer programs, most on a 1:1 basis. Transfer 20,000 Starpoints and will include a 5,000 Starpoints bonus in your transfer. See terms and conditions.
