Earth Hour is the single, largest, symbolic mass participation event in the world. Born out of a hope that we could mobilize people to take action on climate change, Earth Hour now inspires a global community of millions of people in 7,001 cities and towns across 152 countries and territories to switch lights off for an hour as a massive show of concern for the environment. On Saturday March 23, at 8.30PM, The Westin Palace, Milan will participate in this global environmental awareness event organized by the World Wildlife Fund (WWF), in order to share a powerful global message with regards to the importance of environmental sustainability and care for the planet. Join us between 8.30 and 9.30PM on Saturday March 23 at The Lounge Bar and enjoy an aperitif in a special candlelit atmosphere. As well, at Casanova Restaurant our Executive Chef Augusto Tombolato welcomes guests by candlelight through a refined menu dedicated to the regional cuisine. |
